How long does shipping take?

  • Cairo and Giza: Within 1–4 days.

  • Anywhere else in Egypt: Within 2–6 days.


How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is created, you’ll automatically receive a WhatsApp message from Spiral confirming your order details and also you will get a confirmation on your email.


How can I make sure of my size?

Please refer to the Size Guide and Weight Guide under each product on our website to ensure you select the correct size before ordering.


I didn’t receive an order confirmation — what should I do?

Contact us through WhatsApp (01067500202) or Instagram DM.


Can I check and inspect the products when they arrive?

Yes, customers are allowed to open and inspect the package while the courier is present before completing the delivery.
If you decide to refuse the order after inspection, a service fee of 80 EGP will be charged to cover delivery and handling costs.


Can you send me two sizes to choose between them?

Unfortunately, we cannot send two sizes in one order.
However, you can request an exchange or return within 2 days of receiving your order.


What is your exchange/refund policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Customers cover the shipping fees unless the item received is defective.


How can I make a return or exchange request?

Please fill out the Return & Exchange form available on our website.
You’ll need to upload clear photos of the item showing its condition.


What if the item I receive is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for an exchange free of charge.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
