Please check your spam or junk mail folder in case the order confirmation landed there. If you still can't find it, feel free to contact us.
Can I check the package and inspect the products when they arrive?
No, you cannot inspect the products before payment. You must pay the courier to open the package. After receiving your order, if you wish to make a return or exchange, you may submit a request within the allowed period.
Can you send me two sizes to choose between them?
Unfortunately, we can’t send two sizes, but we allow exchanges and returns once the courier has left.

We allow returns and exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order.
